The Australian Salary Packaging Industry Association (ASPIA) needed support to help shape the narrative about their organisation, and the economic impact and reach of their members.

JAW Communications came on board to analyse data from an outsourced survey of their members, which was used to shape the positioning statements and key messaging for the future strategy. This initial work fed into the development and promotion of a broader membership structure.
