Ongoing website management

Multiple website refreshes for long-term client

For more than 15 years, JAW Communications has partnered with the Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal (FRRR) to evolve its digital presence alongside the organisation itself. Across multiple iterations, we’ve managed, refreshed and reimagined the website to ensure it continues to meet the needs of diverse audiences – from community groups seeking funding to donors looking to make an impact.

This long-term stewardship has included three major website overhauls, including a full brand refresh in 2020. That project delivered a complete rebuild on a new platform, working closely with a new design and development partner to create a more intuitive, accessible and future-ready site.

Our role spanned content strategy, UX-informed information architecture and end-to-end copywriting — developing substantial new content while carefully retaining and integrating more than a decade of legacy material. We also collaborated with IT specialists to deliver tailored functionality, including grant program interfaces and integrations with external portals, ensuring a seamless experience for users navigating complex processes.

Delivered from concept through to launch, and shaped by close collaboration across multiple partners, the result is a dynamic, user-centred website that continues to adapt and grow with FRRR’s work and audiences.
