Shaping a new chapter through Annual Reporting

JAW Communications partnered with Freemasons Foundation Victoria to deliver the 2024–25 Annual Report, providing end-to-end project management during a pivotal year of organisational change.

With a new CEO and leadership team in place, the report needed to do more than document activity – it had to have a renewed focus on clearly articulating the Foundation’s work and funding approach. We worked closely with stakeholders to shape this narrative, ensuring the Foundation’s granting strategy was communicated with clarity, confidence and purpose.

A new design partner was engaged to a support the shift and to bring a contemporary look and feel to the report, aligning with the Foundation’s evolving identity. Alongside managing timelines, stakeholders and production, we led all content development – interviewing Freemasons lodge members and funded community groups, writing case studies, sourcing imagery and overseeing the full editorial and proofing process.

Delivered from concept through to final publication, the result is a cohesive, compelling Annual Report that reflects both a year of transition and a strong vision for the future.
